The MBSR program is made up of progressive stages: Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
This will allow you to choose the schedule that best suits your pace and availability.

You may participate as part of:
- an introductory weekend (part 1) with the option of doing another
  weekend for parts 2 to 5
- a weeklong stay (parts 1, 2 and 3 in July then parts 3, 4 and 5 in August)
- a complete eight-week long non-residential session in which all parts are taught

We recommend you repeat these stages to deepen your practice.
